When it comes to crew movements, timing, reliability and safety aren’t optional — they’re essential. At Limousines Australia, we specialise in seamless and reliable crew transfers, trusted by global shipping agents including Wilhelmsen.

Whether it’s a late-night airport pickup or assisting with the hotel check in process for foreign traveller, the Limousines Australia Chauffeurs are trained to take the best care of the crew members in transit to the next port or their home country.

Why Shipping Agents Choose Limousines Australia:

24/7 Booking System

• We know crew changes don’t stick to business hours. Our online booking system is available around the clock, allowing bookings and changes to occur as the agents and accommodates last-minute schedule shifts.

Professional Drivers, Reliable Vehicles

• We provide clean, air-conditioned vehicles with experienced drivers who understand the importance of making flights to reach the ship on time. Whether it’s a solo transfer or a group of 20, our service is consistent and dependable.

Clear Communication, Every Step

• Shipping agents and captains are kept informed with real-time updates. You can track vehicles and see exactly where the crew members are through the online booking portal. We monitor flight delays, and the Drivers remain in contact with agents, so they are aware of any cancellations or delays which may cause a missed connection.

Proven Experience with Global Operators

• Our work with Wilhelmsen and other leading shipping agencies has earned us a reputation for dependability and discretion — two things that can’t be left to chance when moving marine personnel.

Crew Well Looked After

• Our drivers do more than just drive — they ensure each crew member is where they need to be and informed about their next pickup. From assisting with heavy luggage at airports to escorting crew into hotels, our team acts as on-ground travel coordinators, supporting both the crew and the shipping agencies throughout the transfer.

Let Us Handle the Logistics

With Limousines Australia, you’re not just booking a car — you’re partnering with a team that understands the demands of marine logistics. Our focus is on taking pressure of on ground transport away from your operations team, ensuring every crew transfer is smooth, safe, and on time.
