Pricing Guide

Hourly Rates –

Executive Sedan = $100.00 per hour

• 20% extra for European cars
• 35% extra for 7-seater people movers
• 90% extra for 13 seater people movers

Please note minimum 2 hour hire period, Metropolitan areas only.

Increased hourly rates may apply for regional travel.

Note: Instant quotes are for Luxury Sedans by default. To view pricing for other vehicle types, select SHOW OTHER VEHICLES:

• 25% extra for European cars
• 35% extra for 7-seater people movers
• 90% extra for 11-seater people movers

Late Night Surcharge –

Surcharges apply for journeys starting within the following timeframes:

• 15% surcharge: 10:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• 25% surcharge: 1:00 AM – 4:00 AM
• 15% surcharge: 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM

Service Fees –

A 5% service fee is charged in addition to the quoted price.

Tolls –

All trips are exclusive of tolls if applicable. Tolls will be added when utilised for service efficiency.

Vehicle Pricing –

• Standard Rate: Local, luxury, long-wheelbase sedans
• European Cars: + 25% premium
• People Movers:
  • + 35% for 7-seaters
  • + 90% for 12-seaters
• When viewing an instant quote, selecting your desired vehicle type will instantly update the pricing.

Waiting Time Charges –

• Luxury Sedan, Premium Sedans, SUV = $1.30 per minute.
• V Class Van = $1.50 per minute.
• Sprinter Van = $2.40 per minute.
• Mini Coach, Coach = $2.50 per minute.

Fixed Cost Extras –

Baby Seat charge (rear, forward, booster available) = $25.00
Extra stops = $10.00
Luggage Trailer = $50.00
Administration Fee = $10.00
Public Holiday Surcharge = $25.00

Airport Parking Fee –

If applicable the Airport’s prescribed parking cost is passed on in full.

Cancellation Fees –

• 0 – 4 hrs = 100% of the total trip cost will be charged to the client for a cancellation in this window.
• 4 – 6 hrs = 50% of the total trip cost will be charged to the client for a cancellation in this window.
