Who will my driver be?

Limousines Australia can offer child seats, as complimentary, should you require them. This ensures a secure and comfortable journey for your child during the ride. Please make note at time of booking.

Does Limousines Australia charge an after-hours surcharge?

Yes, Limousines Australia does implement an after-hours surcharge to accommodate late-night and early-morning travel needs. A fee is applied to bookings scheduled between 23:00pm and 06:00am.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

Upon your arrival at the airport, you can expect to find your chauffeur waiting for you within the arrivals hall. They will be easily identifiable, holding a name board to assist you in locating them. Additionally, your chauffeur will be ready to provide assistance with your luggage and escort you to the awaiting vehicle for a seamless and comfortable transition.

Can I request a specific type of vehicle for my service?

Yes, we offer a variety of vehicles to choose from, and you can request a specific type of vehicle when making your reservation, subject to availability.

Do you offer corporate accounts or group bookings?

Absolutely, we provide tailored solutions for corporate accounts and are well-equipped to handle group bookings as well. For further details and personalized assistance, we invite you to get in touch with our office, and our dedicated team will be delighted to assist you.

What is the maximum number of passengers your vehicles can hold?

We operate a large fleet of vehicles comprising of current model Lexus, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mercedes V Class Vans (7 Seat) and coaches that seat 12 to 63 passengers. Please contact the office for larger requests and we can accommodate accordingly.

How will I pay for my transfer?

Paying for your transfer with Limousines Australia is a straightforward process. Payment will be conveniently processed upon the completion of your transfer using a Credit card. Prior to the transfer date, we kindly request that you provide your Credit Card details, although the card will not be charged until the transfer is complete.
