How do I make a new booking or amend an existing booking with Limousines Australia?

To make a booking, click ‘Book Online Now’ in the top right corner. Create a free account and use our simple booking system to enter passenger details, locations, vehicle type, and the number of passengers, with instant confirmation sent to your email. You can also easily edit or cancel your trip within your account at any time.

What if my flight is ahead or behind schedule?

We track your flight in real-time to adjust for any delays or early arrivals. Our chauffeurs will be there when you land, ensuring a smooth and timely pick-up. We’ll always adapt to your schedule!

Can I request a specific chauffeur or vehicle for my ride?

While we cannot guarantee a specific chauffeur or vehicle, we do our best to accommodate your requests. If you have a preference, please let us know when making your booking in the notes, and we’ll do our utmost to meet your needs.

Can I book on behalf of another traveller through my account?

Yes, you can book on behalf of another traveller through your account using the ‘Guest’ feature. Simply enter the traveller’s details, including their name, contact information, and yourself and the passenger will receive email confirmation of the booking.

If you regularly book for multiple guests, our team can assist in setting up and linking the accounts for streamlined bookings and separate invoicing.
